We hope that you're happy with your purchase, but if you're not then here's what you need to do: 

1. Please get in touch with us via our 'Contact' page within 24 hours of receipt of your order, with the subject 'Returns'. We will send you a return authorisation number for your return. All items must be sent back within 48 hours of receipt of your authorisation number, unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.

2. If you are returning items please complete the 'Returns form'  that was enclosed with your order. Or get in touch with us and we'll send you a copy if you don't have one. Send this back to us, noting your return authorisation number along with the items you are returning to the address on the 'Returns form'.

3. Please keep your postage or delivery receipt when posting the items back to us. We recommend sending via registered post as we will not be held responsible if any goods are lost, damaged or stolen on their return journey back to us.

4. We'll drop you an email once we receive your returned item(s).

5. All returns will be refunded and credited back to you via your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that all sale items are final, and all delivery and duty charges are non-refundable. 

6. We accept returns for the following reasons - poor quality, or incorrect item received. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item(s) that does not meet our returns policy. 

7.  We don't accept refunds from retail stores or for product that isn't ours.

International Returns 

1. If you're returning an item from outside the mainland United Kingdom please note that you are responsible for all postage costs, insurance and any customs and duty fees to return your items.

2. Please follow the exact same steps as listed above.

3. Make sure to write 'Returned Items - No commercial value' on your package.


1. You can exchange an unworn item from us within 48 hours of purchase if there is something else in stock that you prefer. We'll ship all exchanges to you upon receipt of your returned item(s) and free of postage costs if shipping within the mainland United Kingdom.

2. If you're exchanging for a lower price item(s) we'll refund the difference to you within 14 business days.

3. If you're exchanging for a higher price item(s) we'll contact you directly to secure further payment before sending out the new item(s).

4. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock we'll simply issue you a full refund of your original purchase less postage costs.

Faulty Item(s)

1. We do our best to quality check each item of our stock. However we do ask that you check your item(s) when they arrive to make sure you're completely satisfied.

2. If you receive anything faulty then please follow the above return procedure. We will also ask you to send photos of the damage in order to evaluate your return.

3. We don't accept items that have been worn and damaged, or returns that are outside of our returns policy or period for return.
