For me, Reiki is about creating and holding space; space for the love, joy, pain, and beauty of each other. It is about a deeper understanding, connection, and love. Allowing ourselves to connect to our bodies and each other better, and to love ourselves and each other more.
If you're anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, physically or emotionally drained, a Reiki session can help to restore some much-needed balance and to support you through the tough times. Integrating Reiki as a regular part of your wellness routine will help improve your physical and mental quality of life.
All that Reiki asks of you is to have an open mind and be willing to allow your body to balance itself.
What to expect?
The experience isn't dissimilar to an IRL Reiki session except for you being in the comfort of your own home. Sessions are conducted virtually via Skype or Zoom at a mutually agreed date and time. Once you've made your booking I'll be in touch to confirm a date and time suitable for you.
What do you need?
A comfortable quiet space to lay down undisturbed and a blanket to keep you warm.
